The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all Food and Beverage outlets on property, develop operating budget for each department, coordinate and approve menus proposed by the Chef, manage team in all aspects of restaurant operations and service as well as supporting the Banquets department and other outlets. Additional responsibilities include conducting day-to-day shift operations; maintaining food and beverage items according to hotel standards; coordinating with other departments to ensure that business runs efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience leading a team in a restaurant or equivalent outlet, be a great communicator and can develop team members while being available as needed.
