We Paint Our Path Mural Dedication

Description

We Paint Our Path was a collective vision for the Leesburg community that began with a grant from American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and Florida Education Association (FEA). The grant was to be used to provide a mural at a school and involve the community to help create the vision. Lake County Education Association President, Kathy Smith chose Leesburg High School for the mural. The mural will be dedicated to students and involve all Leesburg area schools. Food will be provided, and each student will receive a free book.
