Every day, over 3 Billion photos are taken with smart phones. Many of them though make you wonder, "why did they bother to push the button?"
"Creating Photos for Social Media Attention," a workshop that answers your questions and more.
Start with the basics - how to use the camera on your phone. Why are my photos blurry even though I have auto focus? We cover that. Why is the background properly exposed, but the people aren't? We cover that. The flash went off, but the photo is still dark - why? We cover that too.

There are two ways to learn how to use your cell phone camera - either read the book, or come to this class.
This interactive workshop covers the nerdy stuff like how the camera works. We talk about creative stuff like what makes a good photo, especially one that people will want to interact with on social media. And we push all the buttons to really see what phone cameras can do. Have your phone, all charged up, and be ready to play and learn at the same time.
Byron Faudie is a full time professional photographer that specializes in sports and event photography with special emphasis on photos that people will like, tag, and share on social media. He also uses photo booths, red carpet style photo shoots, and photo mosaic walls to create interactive photo experiences for guests at social, charity, and business events. Byron was tired at looking at terrible photos on Facebook, so he created his workshop. The class is designed to give tips and tricks to anyone that would like to create photos that will engage am audience.
