REGISTRATION Participants must submit the registration (backside of this page) form and entry fee by September 30. Payment can be made in person, phone (352)728-9885, or mailed into our Recreation office at 1851 Griffin Road. The funds for this event will assist children who need monetary help to participant in the Recreation Department’s sports programs.
